In the autumn of 2017, the life of 23-year-old Shaquan McMillan was tragically cut short in Rochester, New York. On the first of October, a violent encounter led to his untimely death near Ontario Beach Park. McMillan was shot in the back while attempting to flee toward Beach Avenue. The single gunshot proved to be fatal, causing catastrophic damage to his jugular and carotid artery. He ultimately succumbed to his injuries in the middle of the street.
