A tragic and violent end came to the life of Dominique L. Wilson, a 28-year-old Black man, in the autumn of 2021. The events leading to his death unfolded on the evening of Saturday, October 23, 2021, in Rochester, New York. Officers from the Rochester Police Department were called to the vicinity of North Clinton Avenue and Kohlman Street shortly before 10 p.m. for a report of a person shot.
