David Omar Romero-Colon, a 29-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2021, following a violent incident on Sherman Street. On the night of August 30, around 11:40 p.m., Rochester police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Sherman and Angle streets.
