On August 29, 2019, 21-year-old Jose Eduardo Ubiles was found dead in the backyard of a home on Bay Street in Rochester, NY. He had been shot in the back of the head, and police responded to the scene following reports of gunfire. The investigation into his death revealed that Luis Rios Morales, 38, was responsible for the fatal shooting. Morales followed Ubiles and fired eight rounds, killing him outside the house.
