Justin Siler, a 26-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2018. The incident occurred on Wilkins Street in Rochester, where Justin Siler and another individual, Markwaun Williams, were both shot and killed. The double homicide shocked the local community and prompted an immediate investigation by the Rochester Police Department.
