On a tragic day in Rochester, New York, the life of 26-year-old Justin Siler was cut short. On September 20, 2018, Siler and another young man, 24-year-old Markwaun Williams, were fatally shot on the corner of Wilkins Street in a violent act that shook the community. The incident left family and friends mourning the loss of two young lives.
