Tyshawn McConniughey, a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2021, in a shooting incident that also left three others injured. The Rochester Police Department responded to reports of gunfire on the 400 block of Lyell Avenue, where they discovered McConniughey in a vehicle with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
