Justin McMillian, a 24-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2020, in a violent incident that shocked the community. The fatal event occurred on Clifford Avenue, near Portland Avenue, around 1:20 a.m. on Easter Sunday. McMillian was one of three men shot at the scene. He sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two victims were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where one was treated for serious injuries
