Herbert Thomas Jr., aged 34, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2015, in Rochester, New York. Herbert, who was known for his passion for cutting hair and his dreams of opening a chain of barber shops, was attending a house party on Woodward Street when the incident occurred. The party, which was held in the Marketview Heights neighborhood, turned violent in the early hours of the morning.
