In the summer of 2022, a distressing event unfolded in Rochester, New York, culminating in the death of Eddie Blanding. On the late evening of Friday, June 24th, police officers were dispatched to an apartment located at 210 Dewey Avenue. They were responding to a call about a man inside who was unresponsive.
