On the cold evening of February 6, 2014, in Rochester, New York, 33-year-old Jorge King-Hernandez was driving his car after dropping off a family friend. His next stop was supposed to be a local supermarket to pick up another family member. Unbeknownst to him, a vehicle carrying four individuals, one of whom was 44-year-old Juan Zenon, was following closely behind.
