Jorge King-Hernandez, a 33-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2014. On that fateful evening, King-Hernandez was driving his sport utility vehicle in northeast Rochester when he stopped at a red light at the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Cleveland Street. As he waited for the light to change, a car pulled up alongside his vehicle. At least one individual exited the car, approached King-Hernandez's SUV on foot, and shot him multiple times in the torso.
