Jorge King-Hernandez, a 33-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2014. On that fateful evening, King-Hernandez was driving his sport utility vehicle in northeast Rochester when he stopped at a red light at the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Cleveland Street.
