On a Saturday morning, February 26, 2022, Juan Pena-Mendez, a 41-year-old man, was shot and killed while sitting inside his vehicle in a driveway on Rialto Street in Rochester, New York. The Rochester Police Department responded to a call for a shooting at approximately 11:15 AM and found Pena-Mendez deceased at the scene from gunshot wounds.
