On a spring evening in Rochester, New York, the life of 20-year-old Devin Singleton, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On April 18, 2015, Singleton was shot on Treyer Street, an event that would ultimately lead to his death and a subsequent homicide investigation. He succumbed to his injuries a few days after the shooting.
