Devin Singleton, a 20-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2015, after sustaining gunshot wounds on April 18, 2015. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Hollenbeck Street and Avenue C. Singleton, along with 21-year-old Kedejah Ahmed, was shot and subsequently transported to Rochester General Hospital by a private vehicle. While Ahmed's injuries were not life-threatening, Singleton succumbed to his injuries three days later.
