David Alvarez, a 33-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of Halloween, following a motor vehicle accident that escalated into a fatal confrontation. Alvarez was shot 13 times in a parking lot on North Clinton Avenue. The altercation began after a car crash, and the two men involved did not know each other prior to this incident.
