Michael Franklin, 55, a man from Rochester, was shot to death late on May 15, 2025. He and another man, 58-year-old Eric Stephens, were found on the front porch of a house on Wolff Street on the city’s northwest side, both with gunshot wounds to the upper body. Officers were called around 11:30 p.m., and both men were pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the address had a history of being frequented by drug users, and investigators were working to determine who, if anyone, lived there.
