Death by Force

Michael Franklin, 55, a man from Rochester, was shot to death late on May 15, 2025. He and another man, 58-year-old Eric Stephens, were found on the front porch of a house on Wolff Street on the city’s northwest side, both with gunshot wounds to the upper body.
