Steven Joiner, a 26-year-old man from Rochester, NY, was tragically killed on March 20, 2021. The incident occurred during a party at 546 West Main Street, a venue rented for a private event. According to reports, the Rochester Police Department responded to a call about a large crowd at the location around 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Joiner with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
