Death by Force

Rasheame Stevens, a 32-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was tragically killed on April 25, 2015. The incident occurred in the northeast part of the city, where Stevens was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body on Fairbanks Street, just west of Hudson Avenue.
