Michael Clinton Mills Jr., a 21-year-old male, was found dead on September 18, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. His body was discovered in the woods behind a home on Medford Drive, near the Central Avenue and Eastway Drive intersection. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department confirmed that Mills had died from a gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide. Investigators believe that his body had been there for several days before being found.
