Brandon L. Kines, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot in front of his home on Ottawa Drive in Bolingbrook, IL, in the early hours of August 24, 2019. Police responded to the scene at around 12:42 a.m. and found Kines with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 5:16 a.m. The Bolingbrook police identified the incident as a targeted and isolated event, noting that Kines' home had been the site of a previous shooting in October ...
