On the night of April 15, 2025, tragedy struck in Bolingbrook, Illinois, when 17-year-old Daniel V. Starks was fatally shot inside his home on Grove Court near Grove Lane. The shooting occurred around 11 p.m., prompting an immediate response from Bolingbrook police.
