Lavar Pooh Beard, a 26-year-old resident of Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2021. The incident occurred in broad daylight on Weld Street, where Beard was shot at close range. The Rochester Police Department (RPD) identified Simran Gordon as the perpetrator of this heinous act.
