In the late afternoon of November 26, 2024, the tranquilidad on Rau Street in Rochester, New York, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 20-year-old Amir Clark. A resident of the neighboring town of Greece, the young male was discovered lying in the street near Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50 with at least one gunshot wound. The call to the Rochester Police Department came in at approximately 4 p.m., prompting an urgent response from emergency services.
