Delquan Daniels, a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2021. He was found shot to death inside a car on Glenwood Avenue, near Dewey Avenue, in northwest Rochester. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area.
