In the winter of 2016, the life of 22-year-old O'Shay Rankin was cut short in Rochester, New York. On the night of December 15th, police responded to reports of gunshots in the vicinity of Pershing Drive. Upon their arrival, they discovered Rankin inside a car, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
