O'Shay Rankin, a 22-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2016. On that fateful night, Rochester police responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Pershing Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Rankin with gunshot wounds near 196 Pershing Drive. He was immediately transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident left the community in shock and mourning, as Rankin was a young father and beloved family member.
