Johel D. Ravenell Jr., a 19-year-old from Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2020. The incident occurred at the intersection of North Clinton Avenue and Clifford Avenue in Rochester. Johel was shot three times in broad daylight, suffering fatal gunshot wounds to his upper body. The Rochester Police Department responded swiftly to the scene, but Johel succumbed to his injuries almost immediately.
