In the early hours of a spring day in Rochester, New York, the life of 32-year-old Cesar A Lopez Quinones was brought to a violent and abrupt end. On March 31, 2016, a hail of gunfire erupted in a parking lot situated behind a building on North Clinton Avenue. When the sounds of the shots faded, Lopez Quinones was left fatally wounded.
