Cesar A. Lopez Quinones, a 32-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was tragically shot and killed on March 31, 2016. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. at the corner of Burbank Street and North Clinton Avenue. Officers responding to reports of gunfire found Lopez Quinones in the driveway of an apartment building at 1254 North Clinton Avenue.
