Alejandro Josue Ruiz Rosado, a 24-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was tragically found shot to death in an apartment on Lake Avenue on September 16, 2021. The Rochester Police Department (RPD) responded to a call around midnight and discovered Ruiz Rosado with gunshot wounds to his upper body.
