Timothy Brown, aged 46, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2016, in Rochester, NY. The incident occurred early in the morning on Roslyn Street, where Brown was found with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. According to the Rochester Police Department, Brown had knocked on the door of a residence on Roslyn Street, which was answered by Willie Frazier, a 67-year-old man.
