In Rochester, New York, on the 10th of March, 2014, a young man's life was cut short in a sudden act of violence. John Mack, a 29-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound to his mid-torso inside his residence on Grafton Street. The discovery was made by officers from the Rochester Police Department who had been dispatched to the home to conduct a welfare check following a 911 call.
