Omar Hughley, a 32-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2022. Omar was out celebrating his birthday with friends when he was fatally shot during an armed robbery in a parking lot on West Main Street, adjacent to the Minq Lounge.
