Edgar Deleon, a 24-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:16 a.m., when Deleon was shot multiple times in the torso. He was found near 90 Saratoga Avenue and was promptly taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
