In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Rochester, New York, violence shattered the late summer quiet. On September 3, 2017, Edgar Deleon, a 24-year-old man, was fatally shot on Saratoga Avenue. The incident, which occurred shortly after 2:00 a.m., also left a 26-year-old woman injured.
