On May 29, 2023, a violent altercation at the Flour City Station bar in Rochester, New York, tragically ended the life of 41-year-old Kimanhi Boyd Troy Hinds. The male victim was fatally shot following a dispute that reportedly involved Hinds and a woman. The incident also resulted in the injury of a security guard.
