Tasmere Kenard, a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2018. Kenard was shot in the early hours of the morning near the intersection of Lyell Avenue and Whitney Street. Responding to a call of shots fired, Rochester police found Kenard with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
