Desmin Diggs, a 42-year-old resident of Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2022, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred just after midnight in the parking lot of Tangie's Kitchen, a restaurant located on East Ridge Road. According to reports, the restaurant was closed at the time of the shooting.
