Dana Hicks, a 43-year-old man, was tragically killed on March 8, 2013, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. in the 3600 block of Frenchmen Street. Hicks was found fatally shot multiple times while sitting in his minivan. The attack appeared to have been targeted, as Hicks was shot while remaining inside his vehicle, but details about potential motives were not made public at the time.
