Rashad Jamal Byrd, a 44-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was found dead in his vehicle on October 26, 2021. The discovery was made on Brown Street on the city's west side after a passerby noticed the car pulled over and called 911. Upon arrival, officers found Byrd unresponsive in the driver's seat and later confirmed his death.
