In the summer of 2020, the life of 31-year-old Parris Washington was tragically cut short in Rochester, New York. On the evening of June 19th, Washington was in the garage of his home on Bardin Street when he was fatally shot. The sudden violence of the act sent ripples of grief and shock through his community.
