Amir Starks, a 19-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on August 13, 2020. He was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred at a gas station on West Main Street. On that fateful night, Amir Starks and 21-year-old Nazir McFadden were sitting in a car when they were both shot.
