Issaiha Mathis, a 20-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2020, following a shooting incident near Cobb's Hill Park. According to reports, Mathis was shot in the upper torso while in a parking lot off Norris Drive. Despite being rushed to Rochester General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The Rochester Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the incident, urging anyone with information to come forward.
