Lamar Brandon Cassevoy, a 40-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2022. The incident occurred on Mazda Terrace, where officers responded to reports of gunshots around 9 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Cassevoy with a gunshot wound to his upper body. Despite attempts to save his life, he was pronounced dead at the scene. This marked the 60th homicide in Rochester for the year 2022, highlighting a troubling trend of violence in the city.
