Devin Allen-Furtick, a 25-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2018. The incident occurred on Roycroft Drive, where police responded to reports of a shooting around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Allen-Furtick lying in the road with at least one gunshot wound. Despite immediate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The area surrounding Roycroft Drive and Carter Street was temporarily closed as authorities conducted their investigation.
