Alvin Metcalf Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2014. The incident occurred outside a business at 85 Lyell Avenue, where Metcalf was shot twice in the upper torso following an argument with another man. Despite efforts to transport him to Strong Memorial Hospital, Metcalf was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting.
