On a late spring day in Rochester, New York, the life of 42-year-old Orlando Santiago was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On May 29, 2022, Santiago was fatally shot while driving on Hudson Avenue. The incident unfolded as a drive-by shooting, leaving the community shocked and Santiago pronounced dead at the scene.
