Orlando Santiago, a 42-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2022. Santiago was driving north on Hudson Avenue when he was fatally shot multiple times by an assailant from a second vehicle. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m., causing Santiago's pickup truck to veer off the road, travel up the sidewalk, and eventually crash into a tree at the corner of Hudson Avenue and Ernst Street.
