Deandré Kyree Jenkins, a 19-year-old resident of Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2019. Jenkins was shot at least once in the torso on Fourth Street, near Garson Avenue, shortly after 11:30 p.m. on that fateful Monday night. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
