In the early hours of Easter morning, April 5, 2015, in Rochester, New York, a burst of violence cut short the life of Dorian Allison. Allison, a 27-year-old male, was on Lloyd Street when he was shot in the torso. The incident was reported at approximately 4:30 a.m., a time when the city was just beginning to stir.
