Death by Force

Carlos Taylor, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 11, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a convenience store located in the 3700 block of Hollywood Avenue. Taylor was standing in the parking lot when he was gunned down. The Caddo Parish Coroner's office positively identified him via fingerprints.
