Jeremy Paul, a 44-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was found dead from a gunshot wound near railroad tracks in the early hours of March 7, 2022. Officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim around 1:20 a.m. in the area of East Jackson Avenue and Morgan Street. Paul, who was believed to be homeless, was pronounced dead at the scene.
