Michael Dillard, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred during a double shooting on Bond Drive, north of Cross Lake near Southern University. Dillard was taken to University Health for treatment of serious injuries that were considered life-threatening. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
