Delvantae Leon Bell, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2018, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Delvantae, affectionately known as "Vantae," was a senior at Woodlawn High Leadership Academy and was described as a sweet, intelligent, compassionate, and loving individual.
