In the early hours of the Fourth of July in 2024, the life of 19-year-old Deontrell D. Jackson was tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. A young man with his life ahead of him, Jackson was found in a driveway on Tierra Drive, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. The Caddo Parish Coroner's office would later confirm his identity and the cause of his death.
