Desmon Bell, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Desmon was identified through fingerprints, and an autopsy was ordered to determine the cause of death. The incident occurred in the Caddo Heights neighborhood, where Desmon was fatally shot. His sudden and untimely death left the community in mourning, and a memorial service was held on August 6, 2016, at New Bethel Baptist Church.
